The “AIMS Score” is a proprietary score that AIMS calculates in real time for the overall IT environment and for each individual IT service / system (node). The score is from 0 to 100 where 100 is best.

The current input for the calculation of the score is anomalies for individual nodes and overall system.  The score takes into account active (ongoing) anomalies and open (not resolved anomalies) for each individual node and for the overall environment / system.

The “AIMS Score” is a key health indicator also used in the “System” overview and Hall of Shame components. These other components leverage the score and score thresholds to present nodes and systems that breach defined levels.
