The AIMS BizTalk agent needs the flag "load user profile" on app pools used by BizTalk set to "true". If the AIMS agent detect that this setting is not set properly, it will try to set it itself and then recycle the pool.
In a few cases this can cause broken connections / transactions. If so, please change the following in the BizTalk agent config file:
- WatchBizTalkHostEnvironment = FALSE
